This  "Undulations of Nurture," featured in the 'El Patio' exhibition at Galeria Manolo Alés, la linea  is a deeply personal exploration inspired by my childhood. These works reflect the continuous changes in sentiment, memory, and play that the sea has always held for me. The sea, my childhood "patio," has been a source of curiosity, exploration, freedom, and safety, allowing me to look back and find self. Through this project I hoped to capture the dynamic interplay between the fluidity of water and the solidity of rock, mirroring the way memories and experiences shape understanding of self. The integration of painting and ceramics in this work symbolises the merging of past and present, nature and nurture, creating a cohesive narrative that resonates with the viewer's own experiences of growth and reflection.
